The best in slot (BiS) for Yuzuha will be the limited 5-star W-двигатель Metanukimorphosis, which also runs during her character banner.
However, you should note that this is mostly applicable to Anomaly team setups. When Yuzuha uses her EX Special Attack or Ultimate, her Anomaly Mastery increases. When Aftershock is triggered, she also boosts everyone’s Anomaly Proficiency. This allows her and her team to capitalize on the boosts that the W-Engine provides.
Remember that it’s the Anomaly teams that will benefit the most from using Metanukimorphosis. You can opt for the other W-Engines and not pull for this one if you primarily have Attack or other types.

However, her 2-pc effect isn’t that useful in the situation where you don’t have an Agent that provides a shield.

Non-Anomaly Team
For a Non-Anomaly team, you can choose Agents such as Soldier 11 as a DPS (or honestly, anyone you want to use as a DPS), then the other slot for Stun Agents like Koleda. Юдзуха‘s a great Support overall and can provide her ATK buffs to her teammates.
