July’s Community Day Classic brings back Eevee.

Just make sure you’re catching as many Eevee as possible this weekend in Pokémon Go to make these dreams a reality!

How to get shiny Eevee
Shiny Eevee was released in August 2018, as part of its very first Community Day. It has had several Community Days since, making this a shiny that most long-term players will have already picked up.
Shiny Eevee trades in its brownish fur for a lighter sandy brown vibe. Each of the Eeveelutions takes a different approach to shininess though — Flareon swamps from ketchup to mustard; Jolteon from yellow to light green; Vaporeon from blue to purple, Espeon from purple to green; Umbreon swaps yellow for blue, while staying mostly black; Leafeon phones it entirely by tweaking its saturation an almost imperceptible amount; and Glaceon follows suit by going from blue to a slightly whiter shade of blue! Sylveon switch out most of its pink for light blue.

Every Community Day sees the shiny odds for its chosen Pokémon — in this case Eevee — increased. As such, you shouldn’t have much trouble tracking down a shiny Eevee! Simply keep clicking on Eevee until you see a shiny one. Of course, if you want to increase your chances further, you can always use an Incense to boost the number of Eevee spawns you encounter.
Eevee 100% perfect stats in Pokémon Go
July’s Community Day Classic is the perfect time to find a Eevee with perfect IV stats. These are 15/15/15 stats you’re looking for to create a maxed out, 100% IV Pokémon, for your 4* Pokédex, raids and Master League.
If you’re at least Level 30 (or above), you’ll ideally be looking for the following CPs for a perfect 15/15/15 Eevee:

Eevee’s Community Day move
Eevee is part of a very small group of Pokémon that have multiple branching evolutions depending on which condition is met. Rather than the simple ‘Pikachu evolves into Raichu and only Raichu’ scenario we’re all used to, Eevee can evolve into: Flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Glaceon, Leafeon or Sylveon. Each has a different type, use case and, of course, Community Day move. Let’s go (Eevee) through each of them one by one.

если ты catch, hatch or evolve Eevee between the start of the event at 10pm (local time) on Sunday 12th July to 10pm (local time) on Sunday 18th June, your resulting Pokémon will learn the following:
- Eevee caught or hatched during this time will know the Charged Attack Крайнее средство.
- Vaporeon will know the Charged Attack Ожог.
- Jolteon will know the Charged Attack Zap Cannon.
- Flareon will know the Charged Attack Супер сила.

Since these exclusive moves are available for much longer than to your typical Community Day, we recommend getting them towards the second day of the event, but during event hours (before 5pm local time). It’s too easy to finish playing, start dinner and then forget to evolve your Pokémon. Ideally speaking, wait until the end of the event (or your play session) so you can evolve the Pokémon with the best IVs into the strongest Eeveelution.
Best Eeveelution moveset recommendation in Pokémon Go
Normally at this point we would give you a breakdown of which moves to run with your beloved new Pokémon. The problem is that there are so many Pokémon here to talk about, any detail would get lost in an impenetrable wall of text. Instead, here’s a quick primer on each Pokémon, with the moves where they’re relevant.
Eevee
Is bad at PVP. Don’t bother.
Flareon
Is also bad at PVP, but it does run Superpower as part of its optimal moveset, along with Ember (Fast) and Flamethrower (Charged). That said, it’s really not worth investing your candy in.
Jolteon
Is also shocking at PVP, but still not worth the effort. Like Flareon, it’s a reasonable raid attacker if you’re new to the game and don’t have the Legendary Pokémon we otherwise recommend, but that’s about it.
Vaporeon
Of the Kanto three, the merdog is the only Eeveelution vaguely worth considering. However, there are vastly better options out there when it comes to mono-Water type, and it doesn’t hold a candle to the likes of Swampert.
Espeon
Espeon is the undisputed worst Eeveelution in Pokémon Go’s PVP. It’s the exact opposite of its Johto twin, Umbreon, and should be avoided at all costs in competitive play.
Umbreon
While all doggos are goodest bois, Umbreon is actually good at PVP, which is nice after five bad options in a row. It shines brightest in Ультра Лига, where it runs Snarl, Foul Play and Last Resort, but it performs well in Great League when you swap Foul Play for Dark Pulse. No matter the league, Snarl is a fast-charging move that allows you to fire of Dark-type moves with STAB or a Last Resort for neutral (Normal) damage.
Given Umbreon’s bulk, it’s not a Pokémon to be trifled with. A perfect Great League Umbreon is 0/15/15, reaching 1500 CP at Level 27.5, while a perfect Ultra League Umbreon is 15/15/15, reaching 2416 CP at Level 50. Incidentally, this means it’s naff in Master League as it just doesn’t have the CP to compete.

Glaceon is middling basically everywhere except Master League, where having an Ice-type Pokémon can make a lot of difference, thanks to the Dragons that dominate the meta. That said, it’s not even in the top-10 best Ice types in Master League (and barely scrapes the top 250 list), so it’s definitely not worth running.
That said, it is a top-tier Ice-type attacker with Frost Breath and Avalanche. If you’re low on Legendaries in this type, it can do serious work against Dragons.
Leafeon
Don’t bother. It’s not as bad as the Kanto three, or Arceus forbid, Espeon, but it doesn’t really excel anywhere either.
Sylveon
Last but not least (we really can’t dunk on Espeon enough), Sylveon is ok in Master League (and only Master League), where its natural resistance to Dragons comes in clutch. It also resists Fighting, Dark and Bug (though that last one is so irrelevant it hurts). Poison and Steel are the two weaknesses that this mono-Fairy has.
In terms of movesets, we’re looking at Charm, Moonblast and Psyshock, so if you’re interested in PVP you probably want to pick up its Community Day move. If you’re simply after a Fairy-type attacker for Raids, you’ll want to run Charm and Dazzling Gleam for STAB instead.

You may also want to use a Lucky Egg and Star Piece — for double XP and double Stardust retrospectively — during Eevee’s Community Day, and have a Normal-type Pokémon (Pidgeot, Kangaskhan) Mega Evolved for extra catch Candy. Might as well get all of the bonuses you can!
