How to get antlers in RuneScape Dragonwilds
To get antlers in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, you need to kill a deer. The problem? Deer are skittish and speedy. This means you can’t just run up to one and stab it to death. Well, technically you could. It might just take a while to catch up and for the deer to take a wrong turn or two. Honestly, melee combat on deer isn’t worth your time.
Instead, we recommend crafting a bow and killing the deer by using ranged combat. You’ll still want to be a good distance away from the deer or else it will run away, but your arrows will still cause damage. It’s a good idea to line up your shot by holding down the right-click button on your mouse to aim before letting the arrow fly. Depending on the arrow you use, you might even kill it in one shot.
If you’re having trouble finding a deer, then we recommend exploring the woods east of the ruined village in Bramblemead Valley as we’ve often encountered a herd there. We’ve also spotted deer near the lake east of the ruined village too. You should also be able to find deer in Temple Hills.
No matter where you kill your deer, collect your spoils once you’ve done so and return to the Wise Old Man.
