This new update is an expansion on the already existing Bee update which you may know as Bizzy Bees.

Garden Likes and Friendship Pots in Grow a Garden

Two of the main feature additions for the Friendship updates are Friendship Pots, and Garden Likes.

While the Friendship pots allow you to link up with a friend to grow a plant larger and larger each day by tending to it to keep your streak going, Garden Likes now allow you to show some positive energy to your fellow farmers, and ‘like’ their gardens.

Both of these features grow the game and expand on the recent Bee update that added its own set of features. Speaking of, let’s dive into how the bee update has evolved as part of this release below.

Bizzy Bear and the Bizzier Bees update in Grow a Garden

Whilst the bulk of the Bee update already released, the Friendship update brings a couple of extra features that enhance what’s already there.

Dubbed ‘Bizzier Bees’ in the patch notes, Bizzy Bear has arrived and it looking for various recipies that require differing combinations of honey alongside the fruits you’re able to grow in your garden. More specifically, there are «unique weight and mutation» criteria it seems you’ll need to achieve to satisfy the needs of Bizzy Bear.

Completing Bizzy Bear’s requests won’t go unrewarded however, with various new and exclusive items, oftentimes which you’ll be able to acquire in multiples making it a rather generous source to hand in your fruits — so long as you’re not looking to sell them anyway.

Honey Shop stock updates in Grow a Garden

Building off from the various new items added in the Bee update, the Friendship update adds a few more items to collect, some of which are from the Honey Shop which now features a refreshed stock. You’ll purchase these items from Queen Bee using Honey around the centre of all the plots.

With the stock rotating and refreshing every hour, it’s worth checking back often to see if any of the items you’d like are on sale.

New Plants and Pet odds in Grow a Garden

There are several new items that have been added with the Friendship update, including new plants and pets.

Perhaps the headlining addiiton, the new Ember Lily has risen to the S-Rank of our plant tier list, and requiring you’ve got the Sheckles for it, it’s most definitely one you’ll want.
