Last month, Battlefield 6 had a very successful Open Beta. Its reveal and multiplayer trailers were so well received that the game had a massive server queue even before the Open Beta went live.
The good news is that things didn’t just stop there. The game delivered on what players had been asking, which led to the Beta having thrice the peak player count of Battlefield 2042. If that wasn’t enough, a few weeks later, BF 2042 went on to rival Call of Duty in terms of popularity.
Of course, CoD can’t just sit back and watch, so they, too, had new revelations about the different ways to unlock weapon camos or the new Overload game mode in Black Ops 7.
But if you have made up your mind to go for Battlefield 6, here are the release times around the world.

In a recent X (formerly Twitter) post, Battlefield Bulletin shared the global launch times, and it is as follows:

As for preloading the game, it will start from October 3rd at 5:00 PM CEST (or 8:00 AM PT). But the most interesting thing here is that the game will not have Early Access. So, it is safe to assume the developers are confident in the game’s current state if they are willing to skip Early Access.
What’s more is that while preloading the game, you will have the option to install the game’s single-player and multiplayer content separately. And to make things better, this includes HD textures. As such, it looks like the game should be storage space-friendly.
Along with being unoptimized, another trend that has been plaguing modern games is their huge size. We recently saw this with Ananta, the anime GTA game, which, in its Early Access, takes over 200GB on PC. So, with Battlefield 6 giving all this freedom to select only what you want to install, it is a much-appreciated change.
Battlefield 6 will be available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, and EA App), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
